Julie B., BATTLEGROUND graduate
"

There I was in life... pluging along, doing the work, absorbing the lessons — not 100% sure how it would all work out — then all of a sudden, BAM!! My life is different. I have clarity behind my purpose and a plan moving forward. Wasn't sure the exact moment everything clicked, but it did. Now. I've published my first book on Amazon, dropped 65+ lbs, and make more now as a keynote speaker than I ever have. I strongly suggest you follow Erin Marie's program, trust the process, and your life WILL change. Her method and program has made all the difference in my life.

Find the 1% Your
Current System Misses.

Thirty operators converge on the Orlando World Center Marriott — not a hotel ballroom borrowed for the weekend, but a setting built for the work ahead. This is somewhere you'll want to be.

Most conferences are built around attention.
BREAKPOINT is built around ambition.

The Diagnosis

99% Of The System That You Put In Place To Ascend In Life Works Well... ANd It's Hiding The 1% That Doesn't.

You didn't get here by accident. Your systems work. Your decisions are sharp. Your standards are already higher than almost everyone you compete against.

That's exactly why the one thing capping you is invisible — to you, specifically.

A system built well enough to win consistently is also built well enough to hide one quiet leverage point inside:
Hidden inside
The Decision You Stopped Questioning
Hidden inside
The Win You Never Audited
Hidden inside
The Process No One Challenges Anymore
Hidden inside
The Blind Spot Your Own Success Protects

You can't find it from inside the system that's protecting it from you.

A Word Before You Decide

The Way You Think And Decide Isn't Broken.
That's Exactly Why The 1% Holding You Back Stays Invisible.

You didn't get to this point on guesswork. The way you make decisions — what you trust, what you act on, what you dismiss without a second look — has been refined, tested, and proven under real conditions. That's exactly why it's gotten this good.

But refinement has a side effect nobody warns you about.

The better your decision-making gets, the more convincingly it explains away the one place it's quietly leaking value. Not through a visible failure — through a result that looks fine, a call that's never been re-examined, a win that's been credited to the wrong cause.

And here's the part most people never confront:

You cannot audit a blind spot from inside the thinking that created it. Self-review has a ceiling — it can only surface what your own judgment already knows how to see. The 1% that's capping you was never going to show up in your own head.

It takes a special kind of cognitive pressure that has no stake in protecting your story, applying load your own thinking was never built to withstand.

That's what BREAKPOINT installs.

01

Before You Arrive To Orlando

The Pattern Gets Surfaced

Six weeks of prep-work maps how you actually think and decide under cognitive load — not how you describe it. By the time you arrive to the intensive, the data is already pointing somewhere specific.

02

During Your Time In Orlando

The 1% Gets Isolated

'Red Team' pressure and Executive Pairs apply the adversarial test your own thinking can't run on itself. The 'Burn The Ships' moment you'll face forces one irreversible move against what's been found — not a theory, an action.

03

After Your Time In Orlando

The Fix Gets Proven

Your 90-Day Asymmetric Action Plan is pressure-tested before you leave, then audited at 30, 60 and 90 days — by the 2-day intensive that found the leverage point with you, not just by you alone.

The Real Question

Your own thinking can't show you what it was built not to see. This intensive can.

Most masterminds only ever reflect your own thinking back at you. BREAKPOINT doesn't do this. Thirty seats. Two days. And a curriculum with no incentive to let your blind spot stay f-xkin' hidden.

Who's Running This Room

This Doctrine Didn't Come From A Book. It Came From The Room.

Erin Marie Whitehead, MBA, is a neurobiologist and the founder of AMBITIOUS AF. She didn't build her credibility from YouTube videos — she built it by schooling herself in neuroscience at Harvard and rebuilding her own life from the ground up, with nothing handed to her, after years that would have ended most people's story. She doesn't run BREAKPOINT from theory. She runs it from peer-reviewed clinical literature and having done the actual rebuilding herself.

That same standard built AMBITIOUS AF — a concierge human performance coaching practice grounded in neurobiology, not motivational theater. She has run BATTLEGROUND, her private group coaching program, for over 3 years, and her bi-monthly MENTAL FOCUS POWER HOUR has trained 250+ high performers across 5 countries, with a 96% immediate-clarity rate and an 87% return rate — proof the work holds, session after session. BREAKPOINT is the next room: the first in-person intensive built on the same standard, for the operators ready for adversarial pressure, not another framework to file away.

What Actually Happens

Here Is Every Phase. Nothing Withheld.

BREAKPOINT doesn't surprise you with its structure on Day 1. The mechanism is laid out below in full — because if you can read exactly what happens and still feel pulled toward it, that tells you something your resume already suspected.

01 Prep-Work 6 Weeks Out · Begins Aug 28
BREAKPOINT Workbook — open spread
The First Encoding Event
Your Workbook Arrives Before We Ever Speak
This isn't a packet of slides. It's a tactical field manual built to isolate one thing: the leverage point your own optimized system has been quietly hiding from you. It ships to your home six weeks out — before any call, before any Zoom session — so the work starts the moment it lands in your hands.
Week −6
The Dossier Ships
Your Signal Architecture Field Guide and Workbook arrive at your home — the first encoding event, before any digital contact.
Week −5
Target Signal Design
You define the specific, present-tense leverage point you'll be encoding for the next five weeks. Vague targets are rejected — this has to be precise.
Week −4
Zoom Session 1 — Sat, Sep 12, 9:00–10:30am
Exposure & cohort formation. The group begins identifying displacement patterns together, for the first time, out loud.
Week −3
Encoding Practice
Three structured Signal sessions a day — morning, midpoint, close. You're tracking what the encoding is starting to surface.
Week −2
Zoom Session 2 — Sat, Sep 26, 9:00–10:30am
Assumption Red Team. You share your single highest-negotiated decision. The group applies adversarial challenge. No safe answers.
Week −1
Burn The Ships Target Locked
Final conditioning. Your irreversible action is identified, named, and submitted. Executive Pairs are assigned and revealed.
02 Day 1 — Exposure Friday Oct 9 · 8:30am–6:30pm
8:30–9:00am
Doors Open
No mingling protocol. Seated individually. Workbook already open. Phones away.
9:00–11:30am
The Audit (Live)
Facilitated group audit of what six weeks of prep-work surfaced. Structured hot seats. The room witnesses.
Day 1 Afternoon
Two Hours With A SEAL Team VI Operator
A two-hour window standing next to the sharpest of iron — a SEAL Team VI special forces operator working directly with the room, followed by open Q&A.
3:30–5:00pm
Asymmetric Pressure Lab
Red Team methodology applied to your roadmap. Your Executive Pair attacks it adversarially. Fragility surfaces before it becomes real-world failure.
5:00–6:30pm · The Centerpiece Of Day 1
Burn The Ships
You declare and execute one irreversible structural action before leaving the room. Not a statement. An action with real consequence. Day 2 is earned here.
03 Day 2 — Reconstruction Saturday Oct 10 · 8:30am–5:45pm
8:30am
Accountability Report
What did you do? What did it cost? What happened? The group witnesses. No sympathy. Full respect.
9:30am–2:00pm
Asymmetric Action Plan Build
You build your 90-day plan under cognitive load, with your Executive Pair pressure-testing in real time — a structural map of leverage points, not a goal list.
3:00–5:00pm
Red Team Final Pass
The full group applies Red Team methodology to your completed plan. No plan leaves the room unchallenged.
5:00–6:00pm
Close: The Standard Going Forward
No motivational speech. An accounting of what changed, what was proven, and what the standard is now.
04 After The Room 30, 60 & 90 Days Out
Day 30, Day 60 & Day 90
Cohort Accountability Review
Three structured ZOOM calls with the same cohort that pressure-tested your plan in the room — auditing your 90-Day Asymmetric Action Plan against what you actually executed. Not a check-in. An audit.
Inside The Room

Two Hours Next To The Sharpest Of Iron.

On Day 1, the room steps directly into the operating presence of a SEAL Team VI Special Forces Operator and one of the most pressure-tested decision-makers on the planet, working with your cohort in person.

SEAL Team VI · Live In The Room · Day 1

This isn't a guest appearance. It's a two-hour working session followed by open Q&A — direct access to how the highest-consequence decisions on earth actually get made under real pressure, not theoretical pressure.

What You Get

You Don't Leave With Just Notes. You Leave With Actual Proof.

The room itself — prep-work, the Pressure Lab, Burn The Ships, your 90-day plan — is laid out in full above. Here's what travels home with you after it.

WB
The BREAKPOINT Workbook

Not educational material — a pressure instrument and reconstruction dossier. Ten sections from Entry to Deployment, including your Declaration Pages and Structural Proof milestones.

→ Every page becomes a document you'll actually use after.
CT
Core Track — 6 Modules

Post-intensive training that operationalizes all three layers of the Asymmetric Operating System installed in the room. Self-paced, with cohort accountability check-ins through your 90-day review.

→ The room doesn't end when you leave Lake Nona.
SP
Structural Proof Milestones

30-day and 90-day requirements with evidence-based enforcement metrics — not vague goals. Monday-morning enforcement actions you commit to before you leave the room.

→ Reality has to change, or the work wasn't finished.
OA
Overachiever Track Eligibility

For operators ready to install the AOS across their entire life. Each module unlocks only on submission of a completion artifact — proof of execution, not a quiz.

→ Built for operators who don't stop after crossing the first milestone.

BREAKPOINT sits inside a larger community of operators who take this seriously — people who show up to sharpen their thinking, not just collect another credential. The work doesn't end when the intensive does.

You Don't Have A Strategy Problem. You Have A Blind Spot In Your Own Thinking.

Most operators at your level aren't missing information. The way you make decisions already works — which is exactly why the 1% quietly capping you stays out of view. BREAKPOINT isn't where you learn something new. It's where you find what your own thinking was never built to see.
How This Compares

Most Rooms Inform You.
This One Tests You.

You've likely sat in a program before. Here's exactly how BREAKPOINT's mechanism differs from the two formats it gets compared to most.

Mass Motivational Events
Mastermind & Coaching Programs
BREAKPOINT
Format
×Thousands in an arena. You're a face in a crowd.
×Ongoing group membership. Generalized content, recurring billing.
Capped at 30 seats. Every person seen. Every person tested.
Core Mechanism
×Passive consumption. You watch. You feel something. You go home.
×Advice-based. A coach tells you what they think is wrong.
Adversarial peer-testing. The room finds what you can't see in yourself — live, in real time, under real pressure.
Who's In The Room
×Anyone with a ticket. No qualification, no filter.
×Mixed-level membership, rotating attendance.
8/9-Figure Founders, executives, physicians, Special Operations Forces, private equity investors — already-elite operators, by invitation opportunity only.
After You Leave
×Nothing. No follow-up, no accountability, no proof required.
×More sessions to attend. Participation in attendance, not actual proof.
A 90-Day Asymmetric Action Plan presssure tested by your cohort at Day 30 and Day 90. Structural proof, not a photo-op or testimonial.

Information changes what you know. Pressure changes what you do next.

The Gap, Explained

The Comparison Above Has A Reason Behind It.

The format differences above aren't arbitrary — they map to one specific structural condition. Here's exactly where the gap between excellent and elite actually shows up, and why most rooms never operate there.

Where The Gap Reveals Itself

Capability Holds. Visibility Doesn't — Under One Condition.

Operational
Pattern

↑ Decision Stakes · → Pressure Required To Reveal The Real Standard

Low Stakes · Low Pressure

Routine decisions, low consequence. Every operator at this level handles this without friction — which tells you nothing about the 1%.

Low Stakes · High Pressure

Daily operational grind. High effort, low actual stakes. Where most "hustle culture" lives — exhausting, but not where the leverage point hides.

High Stakes · Low Pressure

Decisions made when things still feel calm. The system looks optimized because it hasn't been adversarially tested yet.

High Stakes · High Pressure

Irreversible decisions, real consequence, no time to deliberate. This is the only condition that forces the hidden leverage point into view — because it's the only condition optimization can't pre-rehearse for.

← Low Stakes High Stakes →

The Pattern

Most leadership development — books, podcasts, weekend workshops, even the mastermind and mass-event formats compared above — operates in the bottom half of this chart: useful, low-stakes, rarely tested under real pressure. BREAKPOINT operates exclusively in the top-right quadrant — because that's the only place a hidden leverage point has nowhere left to hide.

The Implication

The Ceiling Isn't Capability. It's Where You've Been Tested.

You're already excellent. The gap between where you are and where the top 1% operates isn't closed by more information or more tenure. It's closed in the one condition most environments never apply: real stakes, real pressure, a room with no incentive to let the leverage point stay hidden.

After The Room

The Event Ends.
The Enforcement Doesn't.

BREAKPOINT doesn't end when you leave Lake Nona. Three structured cohort touchpoints hold your 90-day plan to the standard you set in the room — the leverage point you found doesn't get to quietly slide back into hiding.

30Days
November 9, 2026
Cohort Call · Day 30

The full cohort reconvenes for an accountability check on your 90-day plan. What's been executed, what's stalled, and what requires re-commitment — witnessed by the room, not self-reported in private.

60Days
December 8, 2026
Cohort Call · Day 60

A midpoint check-in. The leverage point you identified at BREAKPOINT either has momentum by now or it doesn't — this call forces an honest accounting of which.

90Days
January 8, 2027
Cohort Call · Day 90

The final cohort session and full review of your 90-day plan. What compounded, what collapsed, and what the data reveals about the leverage point going forward.

No plan survives on intention alone. This is the structure that enforces it.

You're Already Excellent. Elite Is A Different Standard.

This has nothing to do with a lack of capability. Rather, excellence and elite are not the same standard — and no amount of tenure, experience, or high-level execution closes that gap on its own. That's precisely why operators at your level stop trying to close it alone.

Why This Works

This Isn't A Vibe.
It's A Mechanism.

BREAKPOINT's structure isn't improvised intensity. Each element is built on a specific, clinical finding about how attention, pressure, and group dynamics actually function.

Why The Pressure Lab Works
Acute pressure measurably shifts how the brain allocates attention.

Under acute stress, large-scale attention networks reorganize — engagement with salience processing changes in ways that track directly with how someone copes afterward. Pressure isn't just uncomfortable. It's diagnostic.

Zhang, Kaldewaij, Hashemi, et al., "Acute-stress-induced change in salience network coupling prospectively predicts post-trauma symptom development," Translational Psychiatry, 2022.
Why The Cohort Matters
Losing the comfort of group agreement changes brain activity tied to self-narrative.

When social group support is gradually withdrawn during a competitive task, activity in brain regions tied to self-referential thinking measurably decreases — while regions tied to threat-detection and salience increase. A room with no incentive to protect your story changes how your mind processes a challenge to it.

Ozkul, Candemir, Oguz, et al., "Gradual Loss of Social Group Support during Competition Activates Anterior TPJ and Insula but Deactivates Default Mode Network," Brain Sciences, 2023.
Why Insight Alone Isn't Enough
Left undirected, the mind is elsewhere nearly half the time.

A landmark Harvard study tracking 2,250 people across 250,000 real-time data points found that minds wander 46.9% of waking hours — and that wandering measurably predicts unhappiness, regardless of the activity. Realizations had in passing rarely hold, because the mind that had them has usually already moved on.

Killingsworth & Gilbert, "A Wandering Mind Is an Unhappy Mind," Science, 330, 932, 2010.

These findings describe general mechanisms of attention, stress, and group dynamics. They are cited to explain the design logic behind BREAKPOINT's structure, not as claims about specific outcomes for any individual participant.

Questions Worth Asking.

No spin here either. If something's missing, ask — but most of what people want to know before committing is answered below.

How does payment work?
BREAKPOINT is $1,495 per seat. A payment plan is available for those who prefer to split the investment rather than pay in full. $498 secures your seat today. Two more installments of $498 will be autodrafted from your credit card 30 days apart each.
What's your refund policy?
All payments are non-refundable, including deposits and installments under the payment plan. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation. Review this carefully before registering.
Can I transfer my seat to someone else?
No. Seats are non-transferable. The seat is tied to the individual who registers and cannot be reassigned to another person.
What if I can only attend one of the two days?
Only secure a seat if you can attend both days.
Can I bring a colleague or business partner?
Of course! It's better if you attend with a colleague or friend. Each participant will need to register and secure their seat separately.
What happens if the 30 seats sell out?
A waitlist will automatically generate. Waitlist participants will be immeidately notified if a seat becomes available. We recommend securing your seat early!
What's the actual difference between this and a mastermind or motivational event?
Most rooms inform you. This one tests you. There's no stage, no passive consumption, and no ongoing membership to renew. It's 30 seats, adversarial peer-testing, and a 90-day plan built around the one leverage point your system was hiding — audited at Day 30 and Day 90, not a feeling you carry out the door. See the full comparison above.
Do I need to complete the 6-week prep-work to attend?
Yes. Prep-work isn't orientation — it's Phase 1 of BREAKPOINT itself. By the time you walk into the room on October 9th, your cohort has already started identifying patterns together. Arriving without it means starting a step behind a room that's already in motion.
What happens if I don't complete Burn The Ships on Day 1?
Day 2 access is contingent on it. This isn't a formality — participants who don't execute their irreversible action on Day 1 don't enter the room on Day 2. It's communicated up front, and it's non-negotiable.
Is travel and lodging included in the price?
No. Travel, accommodations, and transportation are each attendee's own responsibility. A discounted hotel room block is available for the first 20 attendees to book — see Logistics and Getting Here for details.
